I am very excited about this image. It is one of very few images of mine that I love and adore; it's made from 12 10MP images of the sky above the Jamieson Valley in the Blue Mountains, made from love. It is the only image in my gallery that I can say properly expresses my love of flight, my love of nature, my love of the Blue Mountains, my love of the sky, my love of colour, my love of Australia, my love of daydreaming ... and so so so so much more. It also expresses my love of photography and art. I have been very negative towards photography of late. I have been really annoyed with my camera, who I'd fondly named 'Joseph'. It's the art that counts, not the tool by which it was created. I understand that so much right now. I could not have been more happy with this image if it had been taken with a Canon 5D MkII.
